build•ing (verb) forming by ordering and uniting; developing according to a plan; stimulating to action.

We long to make a difference, bring positive change, model the way, inspire. Many of us have years of experience but little ability to pass that experience on to others. Teaching strategy and execution, envisioning, fostering collaboration, these are all necessary traits of a good leader, but not easily learned in environments of hopelessness and despair. If you are a church, business or community leader with these skills and time to pass them on, there are men and women of character who could learn from you. You will mentor, consult and counsel in critical techniques and time-honored practices that will benefit them personally as well as their organizations and communities. The goal is to train and release. To have an impact on their lives that will in turn impact others.
